Today already beats yesterday by ten fold.
I woke up early, blogged a bit, then ran errands for the family. I bought gifts for the niece's and bought groceries for the goodies we will take with us for the holidays. I came home and cleaned the house (all but mopped, I'm putting that off). I dyed my hair, bathed, and awaited Rae's arrival. I haven't seen her in over a year.
Rae and I visited at the dining room table for well over three hours. It was nice to catch up. I had really missed her.
It is four o'clock and nearing my nap time. The house smells of a Christmas scent and I am ready to snuggle with the puppies before Ray gets home.
I love vacation. Tomorrow I will finish Christmas shopping and put up our Christmas tree. I can not wait for Ray to be off of work with me. This weekend will be a blast.
